Brawlhalla Patch 10.00 Lady Vera

Just played some matches after the patch. Brawlhalla's latest update, version 10.00, adds Guilds Phase 1 and the new Legend, Lady Vera. Core gameplay is mostly unchanged today. The bigger gains are social tools and the Anniversary Event. Guild Missions and Battles arrive next patch, which is when Guild progression starts to matter. For now, Vera is everywhere and the event is easy to finish if you plan it. Here is what matters so you do not waste time.

Guilds Phase 1: What Shipped vs What’s Missing

What you can do today

  • Create or join a Guild on any platform

  • Recruit and apply with in‑game tools

  • Sort and view member lists

  • Leaders and officers can edit the Guild profile

  • Old Clans with recent activity were auto‑converted to Guilds

What is not here yet

  • No Guild Missions, Battles, or rewards yet

  • No Guild progression system yet

Why it matters

  • Phase 1 is about gathering your roster and setting roles. Treat it like preseason. The real progression arrives with Missions and Battles next patch in early December. Your advantage will be organized people on day one.

Quick setup that actually helps

  • Post one line in the Guild description that states your queue focus, time windows, and platform split

  • Use a simple role naming scheme: Core, Trial, Social

  • Set a two‑strike rule for AFKs and dodges to keep the roster clean before Phase 2 lands

Lady Vera Deep Dive: Kit, Sigs, and Day‑1 Counters

Brawlhalla: Lady Vera character select with Chakram and Scythe

Lady Vera brings Chakram and Scythe with a defensive statline. She rewards air control and measured punishes.

Slot Detail
Weapons Chakram, Scythe
Base stats Strength 3, Dex 7, Defense 8, Speed 4
Day‑1 read Chakram pressure in the air is the headline. Scythe confirms still win stocks.

What feels strong

  • Chakram aerial drift and priority during Split form

  • Early kills off certain Signature confirms despite low Strength

  • Safe pokes that force you to respect space rather than mash back

What feels fair

  • Grounded control is awkward if you deny the air

  • Split form struggles to kill without the right confirm

  • Scythe whiff punishes are real if Vera overextends

Practical counterplay drills

  • Hold your jump. Chakram farms players who panic‑jump. Save it to break strings

  • Dash short under Chakram drift instead of full retreats. Force Scythe to guess

  • Anti‑air first, punish second. Spear nAir and Bow nLight pin Vera above you. Blasters dLight checks drift

  • Edgeguard from stage. Send projectiles or disjoints rather than chasing low where Scythe flips positions

Legend picks that feel good into Vera

  • Bow users like Ember, Koji, Kaya for vertical pins

  • Blasters like Diana, Cassidy for grounded checks and straight lines

  • Lance picks like Orion or Ulgrim to break distance, then disengage

Anniversary Event Math: Tickets, Timers, and Priorities

You have a clean window to finish the Event without burning out.

Dates that matter

  • Earn Event Tickets by finishing Event missions until Nov 25

  • Nov 26 to Dec 3 is the catch‑up window. You can spend saved Tickets or buy if you choose

  • All 67 Legends are free to play in week one

  • Double XP and Gold weekends: Nov 14–16, Nov 21–23, Nov 28–30

Costs to unlock before the Grand Prize

Item Tickets
Decennial Title 250
Peacock Wave Emoji Skin 200
Haute Couture Cry Emoji Skin 200
MonoKyle Think Emoji Skin 200
The Brilliant Bearson Avatar 200
Bjorn Sidekick 800
Total before Ulgrim 1,850

Unlock those six, then claim Ivaldi’s Finest Ulgrim free. Simple target: reach 1,850 tickets by Nov 25.

Routing tips

  • Do your Event missions first when you log on. Queue choices are faster when they overlap a mission condition

  • Use the free‑rotation week to speed Esports v3 Color unlocks while farming tickets

  • During double weekends, chain short queue modes for mission rolls and Gold

Balance and QoL That Actually Change Your Queue

  • Console report tools added. Report menu is clearer, faster, and works on controller

  • Event Center shows Ticket total at the top right

  • Performance got some love. Xbox and PlayStation run better. Nintendo Switch has minor gains with more to come. Starlight Falls runs cleaner

  • Bug fix for companions getting stuck on some platforms

  • Heads up for PC. 32‑bit Windows loses support after patch 10.01. Starting 10.02 in 2026, the game will not run on 32‑bit

Early Meta Notes: Ranked, 2v2, and Map Flow

  • Ranked 1v1. Expect more air standoffs. Vera players will try to live above side platforms. Keep anti‑airs buffered

  • 2v2. Chakram excels at extending teammate juggles. Do not burn both dodges high. Drop to platform, fast fall, then jump out

  • Maps. If you struggle against Chakram, prefer flatter picks with fewer tall platforms so you can chase landings

Community Signal: The Majority Topics and Why They Stick

  • Vera heat. Most talk centers on Signature force and how safe Chakram feels in the air. People argue over broken vs strong, but everyone agrees you must respect her space

  • Guilds are basic today. Players accept Phase 1 as setup and want Missions, Battles, and reasons to log in as a group

  • Event pacing. Ticket math is fine if you play a bit each day. Anxiety comes from the late earn cutoff and the fear of missing the Ulgrim skin

Week 1 Playbook: Win More, Waste Less

  • 10 minute lab block. Open Training, set bot to Jump and Dodge. Drill these anti air checks 20 reps each:

    • Spear nAir into chase dodge fast fall

    • Bow nLight, chase dodge nAir for the pin

    • Blasters dLight into sAir or Recovery

  • Two counters in pocket. Pick one Bow and one Blasters legend you already like. Examples: Koji or Kaya for Bow, Diana or Cassidy for Blasters. Stick to them for the week

  • Ban tall platforms. Favor flatter layouts if Chakram is giving you trouble

  • Event route. Do Event missions as your first queue of the day. Aim for 1,850 Tickets before Nov 25. Use double weekends for catch up and Gold

  • Guild prep. Publish a one line purpose in the Guild description, set roles Core, Trial, Social, and a two strike AFK rule. Recruit during peak hours with a short message: queue focus, time window, platform

  • Ranked rhythm. Play 3 Experimental to warm up, then 5 ranked. Break if you lose 3 in a row. Reset in Customs or Missions

Watch List: 10.01 Targets and Guilds Phase 2

  • Guild Missions and Battles. Expect the real progression to begin. Plan attendance windows now

  • Chakram and Vera tuning. If anything shifts, it will likely be aerial priority, kill power on specific Sigs, or endlag on common confirms

  • Console performance round two. Switch especially. Keep an eye on patch 10.01 notes

That is the patch in plain terms. Set your Guild, prep your anti‑airs, and pace your tickets. See you in queue.
